Terms of Use: Hachimi.ai (哈基米道长)

Hachimi.ai (哈基米道长, “the App”) is run by Yuenchuk Investment Limited (元竹投資有限公司) in Hong Kong. By using the iOS or Android version of the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The App

The App offers Zi Wei Dou Shu and Ba Zi charts, case management, Mei Hua Yi Shu question readings, Academy reading, and intimacy preference matching. Its content is for entertainment and traditional cultural learning.

2. Readings

Readings are written by a third-party AI service and may be inaccurate. Your decisions are your own. If you use charts or readings to serve other people, you are responsible for that service.

3. Your use

Use the App in line with the laws where you live. Get a person's consent before entering their birth details. The App is for users aged 13 and over.

4. Membership subscriptions

Membership is an auto-renewable subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price and period at purchase, and it renews at the end of each period. On iOS, turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. On Android, cancel on the Google Play subscriptions page before the next charge. After you cancel, membership lasts until the end of the current period. Apple or Google handles refunds under their own rules.

5. License

The App is licensed to you. The iOS version is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, and the Android version by the Google Play Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes and contact

When these terms change, the "Last updated" date changes with them. Continuing to use the App means you accept the change.
